2018年12月11日，第十届网易教育金翼奖颁奖典礼在北京北辰洲际酒店盛大举行，26项大奖被一一揭晓，300余名教育界人士齐聚一堂，围绕“致敬时代 赋能未来”这一主题进行热烈探讨。在活动现场，鲲鹏国际项目总监Ivan Garin先生接受了网易专访。

网易教育：各位网友大家好！这里是2018金翼奖网易教育年度大选颁奖典礼现场，现在做客直播间的是鲲鹏国际项目总监，Ivan Garin总您好！

网易教育：恭喜鲲鹏国际获得“2018年度影响力移民品牌”，您此时此刻有何感想？

Ivan Garin: Thank you, thank you. For our Company it is a great honour to receive this award which is also an industry recognition. So I feel very happy and honored to receive this prize on behalf of my company KunPeng International, which I am very proud to represent here today. At KunPeng International we always pursue to implement the best practices and to provide the best service to our customers in order to ensure their success to accomplish their projects, and this is what we, at KunPeng are always striving for. This is something that very much goes with my philosophy of doing business, so the fact that this is being noticed and we are being rewarded today for our influence on the immigration industry is a great success not only for our company, but also for the industry.谢谢！能够获此业内殊荣，我们公司深感荣幸。代表我所在的公司鲲鹏国际来领奖，我感到非常快乐和荣幸，能够在此接受专访，我感到非常骄傲。我们鲲鹏国际一直在不断追求为客户提供最好的执业和服务水平，以便我们的客户能够成功。这种理念与我个人的商业服务理念是相向而行的，这种理念能够被大家关注到，因此我们今天获得了移民行业的这个奖项，这不但是我们公司的成功，也是业内的成功。

网易教育：2018年移民行业竞争激烈，咱们鲲鹏国际的优势和特点是什么？

Ivan Garin: The investment immigration industry has not yet reached its maturity stage, it is growing, and it is evolving. There are new regional poles, new programs and possibilities adding up every year to the existing offer, and on top of that the laws and regulations are constantly changing. There are also more industry players and competition.这个投资移民行业尚未完全步入特别成熟的阶段，这个行业还在成长，还在发展。每年有一些新的区域热点，新的项目，新的可能性出现在市场可供选择，相关上面的政策和法规也在不断变化之中，业内的从业者和竞争也确实非常多。

For potential customers it is today more confusing and complicated to find a suitable and reliable immigration company. One that will be able to analyse their situation and then communicate effectively and orientate them towards the genuinely best options available to respond to their immigration objectives. 对于潜在的客户们而言，当下想找到一家合适而值得信赖的移民公司的过程中，确实感到很迷惑和复杂。在移民项目咨询过程中，根据客户的需求和目标，我们需要分析他们的条件，和他们进行有效的沟通，为他们提供切实可行的选择。

In this context experience, knowledge and reputation are key indicators to ensure a certain level of service is met. Ivan Garin: As just mentioned, we are aware that the nature of the immigration industry is to constantly evolve. Changes in immigration policy in overseas countries, are going to influence the options available to our clients, are going to influence the options available to our clients. In this context, KunPeng international adopts a position of long term orientation while staying flexible to the policy changes that will occur.
