9月23日，行云科技（300209）发布公告，公司的全资子公司长沙湘树云科技有限公司与VE客户签署《智算资源租赁服务合同》，湘树云向VE客户提供算力服务，协议服务期限为5年，含税总金额为8.7亿元。
目前公司对应服务器的采购工作已完成，正在接收验收中，预计在2026年9月30日前完成对VE客户的交付。
2026年中期，行云科技实现收入2.54亿元，归母净利润1202万元。
