近日，国家能源局资质和信用信息系统处罚信息显示，甘肃德煜电力工程有限公司因采取欺骗等不正当手段取得承装（修、试）电力设施许可，被甘肃能源监管办撤销许可，给予警告并罚款6万元，三年内不再受理其许可申请。
天眼查显示，甘肃德煜电力工程有限公司，成立于2024年，位于甘肃省兰州市，是一家以从事土木工程建筑业为主的企业。
