9月3日，先导基电（600641.SH）公告称，公司全资子公司池州万业拟将持有的参股公司中晶智芯10%出资份额转让给南京铨益、南京元富、南京帝元，转让价款共计1.5亿元。本次交易完成后，池州万业将不再持有中晶智芯份额，预计产生收益约5000万元。
