The day that I confessed to you, I expected you to say, “You like me? I only see you as a friend. I don’t think we can go back like we used to be now, thank you for being a good friend, goodbye”.

But what you said to me that day, make me realized that “I like the right person, just not in the right time”.

The way you handled things after I dropped that massive confession on you? Just completely reassured me. It reminded me why liking you for all this time was never a mistake, you really are that special. You probably have no idea how much your words warmed my heart. I genuinely hope life is always kind to you, wherever you are.

Mr. Just Friend, you’re honestly such an amazing guy, so cool, effortless, kind, strong, and sweet all at once. I just know people out there are into you, and honestly? It makes me a little jealous knowing you’re out of my reach now. But yeah, I still adore you, I really do. I don’t know how long these feelings will stay, but one thing’s for sure: liking you was never a miss.

I’m not about to force the universe to make us meant to be, I just genuinely hope you find the right person for you.
