现代健康科技(00919)发布公告，黄文显博士已根据组织章程细则于股东周年大会上轮值退任独立非执行董事，且不再膺选连任。于其退任后，黄博士亦不再担任审核委员会成员、提名委员会成员及薪酬委员会主席。林德亮先生(独立非执行董事)已获委任为审核委员会成员;而廖美玲女士(独立非执行董事)已获委任接替黄博士出任薪酬委员会主席，并自股东周年大会结束起生效。
