【和誉开曼有限责任公司：拟召开股东会审议更名事项】 和誉开曼有限责任公司公告称，公司拟于2026年9月17日召开股东特别大会，审议将英文名称由“Abbisko Cayman Limited”更改为“Abbisko Medicine Co., Ltd.”、中文双重外文名称由“和誉开曼有限责任公司”更改为“和誉医药有限责任公司”的特别决议案，更名待开曼群岛公司注册处处长批准后，自其发出更改名称注册证书之日起生效。公司将于2026年9月14日至9月17日暂停办理股份过户登记。
