格隆汇8月28日｜中金发布研报称，富时罗素于2026年8月21日公布9月半年度指数审核结果，27只越南股票入选富时全球股票指数体系，越南将自9月21日开盘起由前沿市场(Frontier)升级为次级新兴市场(Secondary Emerging)。按官方日程，名单咨询期至9月4日，调仓交易预计围绕9月18日调仓窗口执行、9月21日正式生效。该行认为此次升级或将带来约19-20亿美元的被动资金流入。
