前奥运冠军刘翔近日深夜发文，称退役10年后被原单位要求“当教练或买断”二选一，感到迷茫。上海体育局回应称，已与刘翔沟通，将依据规定通过组织安置或自主择业，妥善做好其退役保障工作。刘翔表示人生需“断舍离”，并公开征求网友意见。
