【自然资源部升级海洋灾害应急响应】财联社8月27日电，受今年第18号台风“沙德尔”（台风级）影响，今天（27日）自然资源部将浙江海洋灾害应急响应提升至二级，上海应急响应提升至三级。提醒相关海域航行作业的船只和工作人员注意防潮避浪，及时撤离危险海域，沿海各有关单位提前布设应急挡潮措施。
