据央视新闻消息，8月24日，国家防减救灾委、应急管理部针对第19号台风“紫檀”引发的洪涝灾害对广西造成的严重影响，启动国家四级救灾应急响应，派出工作组赴灾区一线实地查看灾情，指导和协助地方做好灾情核查评估、受灾群众转移安置和基本生活保障等救灾救助工作。
