8月21日消息，同程旅行发布公告，已完成对嘀嗒出行的要约收购。公告显示，同程旅行共收到有效接纳股份910755954股，占嘀嗒出行已发行总股本约88.74%。收购完成后，嘀嗒出行将保持品牌及运营独立。同程旅行表示，计划寻求保持嘀嗒港股上市地位不变。
