【开达集团：预计2026年上半年亏损扩大】 开达集团公告称，集团预期截至2026年6月30日止六个月录得亏损约1.35亿港元至1.45亿港元，2025年同期亏损约0.93亿港元。亏损增加主要由于录得投资物业重估亏损及外币汇率波动。公司中期业绩公告预计于2026年8月底公布，股东及有意投资者买卖股份时请审慎行事。
