据海南省气象局消息，南海热带低压已于8月20日5时40分前后在海南省文昌市龙楼镇沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力6级（12m/s），中心附近最低气压997hPa。预计，该低压将向偏西方向移动，先后穿过文昌、海口、澄迈、临高、儋州等市县，于20日下午到夜间移入北部湾海面。受其影响，海南岛北部和西部将有强降水。（央视新闻）
