台州市住房和城乡建设局发布
《即日起，台州市区原住房限售政策调整》
为更好满足居民刚性和改善性住房需求，即日起，2020年11月4日一2022年5月24日期间在台州市区购买的住房(含新建商品住房和二手住房)，不再执行自取得不动产权证书满3年后方可转让的限售政策。
