8月18日，赛默飞宣布，现任赛默飞东南亚地区副总裁兼总经理Dan Rosen已获任命为中国区总裁，接任方明杰（Miguel Faustino）。未来几个月，Dan将逐步交接并履新，并于第四季度与Miguel密切协作，确保客户、团队及业务各方面的平稳过渡。Miguel将与家人返回美国，并在赛默飞内部担任新的领导职务。
