8月16日傍晚，渭北新城发展服务中心工作人员陈天乐、王强值班巡查时，发现秦王一桥一辆车辆起火，两名老人被困车内。
危急时刻，陈天乐果断冲上前，在车辆发生燃爆前成功救出老人，并安抚老人情绪。王强迅速联系专业救援力量、疏导周边交通、维护现场秩序，及时化解险情，守护群众生命安全。
