8月17日，千里科技（601777）发布公告，刘云浩因个人工作原因决定辞去独立董事职务，其离任将导致公司独立董事在董事会中的比例低于三分之一。在新任独立董事就任前，刘云浩将继续履行独立董事职责。
2026年一季度，千里科技实现收入23.61亿元，归母净利润4837万元。
