智通财经获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，8月14日，正乾金融控股(01152)出现仓位异动，存仓市值总计6902.38万港元，占比9.63%。该公司股东将股票存入盈立证券3.23亿股，持股比例增加9.23%。
此前正乾金融控股发布公告，完成根据2026年5月26日的配售协议以一般授权配售6893.6万股新股份。
