据北京商报，8月16日，新政落地满一周，走访绿城、中海、保利等多家头部房企售楼处，在位于大兴黄村新开放售楼处的绿城朗月和风项目案场，该项目沙盘前围满了前来看房的购房者。北京楼市新政发布后，该项目案场每日均接待至22点左右，客户来访迎来阶段性爆发。项目周末两日合计到访213组，日均来访量从36组提升至107组，环比涨幅近197%。
