智通财经讯，锦兴国际控股(02307)发布2026年中期业绩，该集团取得收益17.75亿港元，同比减少3.7%;公司普通股本持有人应占溢利1374.4万港元，同比增加114.38%;每股盈利1.6港仙。
公告称，溢利净额增加乃主要归因于非营业收入(包括租金收入及提供污水处理服务收入)增加，连同在各项营运中严格控制成本，令销售及行政开支下降，以及上文所述的融资成本减少。
