小米集团公告称，8月14日，公司就根据股份计划授予参与者的股份奖励或期权发行新股2万股，每股价格2.7港元。同日，公司以每股25.64 - 25.72港元的价格回购194万股，付出总额约4981.03万港元。截至8月14日，已发行股份总数为21.329315539亿股。此外，公司可根据购回授权回购股份总数为25.83952309亿股，已回购1.040114亿股，占比0.4%。
