8月14日，香山股份（002870）发布公告，公司计划回购部分人民币普通股（A股），回购资金总额不低于1500万元且不超过3000万元，回购价格上限为55元/股，预计回购股份数量在27万股至55万股，占总股本的0.18%至0.36%，回购期限为6个月。
2026年一季度，香山股份实现收入11.90亿元，归母净利润-1047万元。
