8月14日，翼辰实业（01596）发布公告，预计2026年上半年公司合并净利润约为1320万元，同比下降约72.9%。
公告指出，公司财务表现下滑主要受到铁路项目工程施工进度和产品结构变动的影响，导致铁路扣件系统产品销售收入下降，致使公司上半年产品毛利合计减少约4260万元。
