8月14日，江山控股（00295）发布公告，公司预计2026年上半年录得净亏损为约4000万元至5000万元，上年同期净亏损约1463万元。预计亏损净额的增加主要由几个因素共同造成，包括诉讼产生的赔偿开支增加约5800万元、应占联营公司利润增加约1900万元，以及毛利减少约500万元。
