格隆汇8月14日｜8月13日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定墨盒及其组件II（调查编码：337-TA-1452）作出337部分终裁：本案存在侵权，向侵权美国注册专利号8,764,172、9,370,934、11,535,038、12,240,248、12,240,249的第1和第7项权利要求的涉案产品发布普遍排除令，向列名被告美国Mountain Peak, Inc. d/b/a/ Billiontree Technology USA, Inc. d/b/a Toner Kingdom of China等发布禁止令，本案调查终止。
