主要包括教学用房、院系及教师业务用房、图书馆、大学物理实验用房、车库、设备用房等。
总投约4亿元，不断提升少年班的软硬件设施设备等。
作为全国为数不多的少年班项目，中科大少年班为国家培养了一大批的优秀人才。都各自成为了行业的佼佼者。
