8月13日，市场冲高回落，A股三大指数尾盘翻绿，全市场成交额约2.6万亿元。板块题材上，医疗服务、创新药、生物制品等板块表现活跃，贵金属、教育、工业金属、房地产等板块纷纷下挫。港股方面，主要指数涨跌不一，计算机设备、IT服务等板块涨幅居前。
截至收盘，中证A500指数下跌0.8%，沪深300指数下跌0.6%，创业板指数下跌0.5%，上证科创板50成份指数下跌1.1%，恒生中国企业指数下跌0.2%。
