8月13日，智升集团控股（08370）发布公告，公司于2026年8月7日接获一家顶尖社交平台公司的中标通知，涉及将在该土地建造的数据中心提供处理容量合共约500兆瓦的数据中心服务，其中约180兆瓦预计自2027年5月前后起分批交付。
