8月12日，拱东医疗（605369）发布公告，公司的全资子公司Trademark Plastics Inc.（TPI）累计收到美国关税退回94万美元（占公司最近一期经审计归母净利润的12.40%），其中关税部分为90万美元，利息为4万美元，预计将影响公司2026年度净利润约639万元。
此次关税退回是由于美国最高法院裁定政府征收的相关关税措施缺乏法定权限，因此需退还给进口商。美国海关与边境保护局于2026年4月20日启动了退税工作，TPI于近期陆续收到款项。
2026年一季度，拱东医疗实现收入2.89亿元，归母净利润3199万元。
