8月8日，中国和菲律宾两国执法部门合作遣返了涉嫌在菲绑架中国公民的犯罪嫌疑人樊某某。樊某某来菲多年，曾从事网络赌博，后加入臭名昭著的施某某团伙，多次参与实施绑架犯罪。
必须指出，对于那些在菲律宾祸害同胞、丧尽天良的犯罪分子，中国警方追到海角天边，也要将其一个个缉拿归案，血债血偿。
