据中央气象台预计，“白海豚”的环流主体将于11日夜间在湖北东北部逐渐减弱消失。12日前后，“白海豚”残余涡旋将在湖北、河南、安徽三省交界区域回旋滞留，与西风带高空槽、冷空气系统深度结合，开启新一轮跨区域强降水过程。15日前后，其残余涡旋可能入海，在之后会向北发展，时效较远，需保持关注。
