8月10日，芯联集成（688469）发布公告，公司召开会议，决定增加设立品质管理副总经理职位，同时郭莹莹被聘任为副总经理，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第二届董事会任期届满。
公告指出，郭莹莹通过2024年限制性股票激励计划直接持有公司股票34万股，并通过持有公司员工持股平台的份额间接持有公司股份。
2026年一季度，芯联集成实现收入19.62亿元，归母净利润-8836万元。
