让“土特产”变身“金饭碗”，农业大省河南打出新“组合拳”。河南印发《县域“土特产”产业链培育行动方案(2026—2028年)》，以县域为单元、以产业链为抓手，计划到2028年累计培育260条“土特产”产业链，其中重点打造231条，单条产值达10亿元以上，带动千万农户在“链”上增收。
