受今年第13号台风“白海豚”影响，预计9日上午起风力逐渐增强，本区陆地最大阵风可达8-9级，杭州湾沿岸最大阵风9-10级，金山气象台于2026年8月8日21时00分更新台风蓝色预警信号为台风黄色预警信号。区防汛指挥部决定同步将全区防汛防台风Ⅳ级响应行动更新为Ⅲ级响应行动。
