随着台风“白海豚”进一步逼近我国沿海，中央气象台8日6时发布台风预警，由此前的台风黄色预警升级为台风橙色预警。9时，中国气象局升级调整重大气象灾害（台风）四级应急响应为（台风、暴雨、强对流）三级。
