8月7日，有市民在洛阳大张超市（龙祥店）发现一盒生产日期为2026年8月6日的豌豆苗，商品为透明外包装，市民并未拆开包装，就能够看到盒内有活体蛞蝓，也就是俗称的鼻涕虫。
记者联系涉事门店核实，门店确认该商品为门店在售商品，此款豌豆苗属于供货商预包装货品。门店表示，已将情况上报公司，将向供应商追责，并对该批次商品进行下架处理。
针对此次问题，门店称将强化食品安全管控，除到货收货查验外，增加中间巡检分拣流程，定时对商品进行盘点排查，避免同类状况再次出现。
