8月7日，华润燃气（01193）发布公告，公司的全资附属公司华润燃气投资（中国）有限公司已发行的第三期中期票据本金总额为25亿元。
其中15亿元的第三期中期票据期限为3年，票面利率为每年1.57%，而其余10亿元的第三期中期票据期限为5年，票面利率为每年1.70%。发行第三期中期票据所得募集资金将用于置换以华润燃气投资（中国）集团的若干自有资金还款的银行贷款。
