北京时间8月7日，据FIFA官网转会注册禁令公示系统显示，北京国安于8月6日被处以3个转会窗的转会注册禁令。
今年夏窗，北京国安从南定绿钢签下了外援民主刚果前锋沙德拉克，从柏林赫塔免签德国中场杜齐亚克，以上两人是专门用于征战亚冠联赛的外援。
另外，国安还免签了洛杉矶二队的中国门将刘邵子洋。另外，国安还有多名小将升入了一线队。
