【台积电等研发出单层MoS2顶栅晶体管】《科创板日报》7日讯，台积电在下一代技术领域取得了突破，其与阳明交大团队成功开发出高性能单层二硫化钼（MoS2）顶栅极晶体管，有助于突破摩尔定律极限。相关成果发表在《Nature Electronics》期刊。
