中核国际公告称，非执行董事吴戈获调任为执行董事，不再担任公司审核委员会成员，自2026年8月6日起生效。吴戈39岁，自2026年3月起任公司直接控股股东中核海外首席财务官。其已与公司就调任订立补充服务合约，初步为期三年。
