8月6日，上海电力（600021.SH）公告称，公司于2026年8月4日发行2026年度第十二期超短期融资券，简称“26沪电力SCP012”，代码“012681944”，期限170日，发行总额26亿元，票面利率（年化）1.50%，起息日为8月5日，兑付日为2027年1月22日，承销商为中国农业银行。募集资金用于偿还到期债券，关联方国家电投集团财务有限公司获配2亿元。
