Vaxcyte公司于美国东部时间8月5日披露，31价肺炎球菌结合疫苗候选产品VAX-31的三项成人Ⅲ期研究已全部完成入组，共6191名成人接受试验用药，其中约3500人接种VAX-31。
关键性OPUS-1研究入组4049人，预计2026年第四季度公布安全性、耐受性和免疫原性顶线结果；OPUS-2和OPUS-3结果预计2027年上半年公布。
公司同时推进婴幼儿Ⅱ期研究，产品目前尚未获批上市。
