華虹宏力公告稱，中銀國際亞洲有限公司將發行掛鈎華虹宏力半導體有限公司股份的牛熊證，證券代號分別為55196（牛證）、55207（熊證），發行額均為6000萬份。牛證行使價118港元、贖回價120港元；熊證行使價150港元、贖回價148港元。推出日為8月4日，發行日8月6日，上市日8月7日，到期日分別為2026年12月31日和2028年12月8日。牛熊證為無抵押結構性產品，投資者需注意相關風險。
