8月5日，韩国媒体称，SK海力士旗下子公司Solidigm正计划进行Pre-IPO(上市前)融资，以为潜在的纳斯达克上市做准备。该公司在此轮融资中的目标估值高达50万亿韩元。Solidigm是一家总部位于美国的子公司，成立于2021年，用于承接英特尔的NAND闪存及固态硬盘(SSD)业务。SK海力士于2020年同意以约10万亿韩元的价格收购该业务。
