【7月深圳新建商品住宅成交同比涨超三成】财联社8月4日电，据深圳市房地产信息平台数据，7月全市新建商品房共计成交3773套，环比下跌35.2%，同比上涨19.3%；其中住宅成交2664套，环比下跌6.8%，同比上涨32.5%。拉长周期看，1—7月新房累计成交35104套，同比微增0.7%；其中住宅累计成交21935套，同比下降10.6%，降幅较上半年有所收窄。
