每经AI快讯，8月3日，国家发展改革委、国家能源局印发《新型电力系统建设“十五五”规划》。规划提出，充分挖掘跨流域、跨区域电力供需互补潜力，强化区域间互为备用、紧急情况临时支援能力，提升电力系统安全韧性水平。加快推动闽赣、皖鄂、鲁苏、渝黔、湘黔、湘粤等工程建成投产，新增规划一批区域间直流背靠背电力互济工程。“十五五”时期新增省间电力互济规模约4000万千瓦。
