【兆易创新：拟以10亿元至20亿元回购股份用于注销】财联社7月31日电，兆易创新(603986.SH)公告称，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式回购A股股份，回购金额不低于10亿元(含)，不超过20亿元(含)，回购价格不超过750元/股。回购股份将全部用于注销并减少注册资本，回购期限自股东会审议通过之日起6个月内。
