中国移动公告称，瑞士银行将发行8000万份以中国移动为标的的认购权证，证券代号15957，发行价每份0.150港元，行使价93.880港元，到期日为2027年3月30日。该权证为欧式现金结算，仅可于到期日行使。瑞银已申请将权证于联交所上市及买卖，上市日为2026年8月4日。投资者购买权证需承担价格波动、信譽、提早终止等风险。
