据波黑方面7月30日消息，波黑政府当天经由部长会议决定，暂不向社交媒体“电报”创始人之一、伊利亚·佩雷科普斯基发放波黑护照。
消息称，佩雷科普斯基已通过了波黑情报安全局的安全检查，这是他申请波黑公民身份的重要前提条件。但4名部长在30日的会议上反对向其发放波黑护照。
